*   Hot Copy & Second Proofread: A 'hot copy' is created, and a second proofread is done (3 weeks).
*   Author Revisions: You have 2 weeks to make any necessary changes.
*   Printing (Optional): If we handle printing, we submit the manuscript for print after your approval. If not, we provide a final, print-ready manuscript.
